Internet Cafes are scattered within the entire Philippine Archipelago due to good telephone system within the three areas, Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao. At the most, internet cafes in the Philippines have dial up, and dsl connection. And because of a lot of business competitions, the rate of using computers at the cafes are more cheaper today than before. I used to get online at internet cafes before and the price rate per hour was at 30 - 40 pesos. But this days, you can find cafes that offers very affordable rate from 15 - 10 pesos every hour of use. But because i have already my own PC at home so i just come at cafe when there is problem with my computer, like today.
